Returns and Refunds

14-day return request period

Contact us within 14 days of delivery before sending an item back. Items must be unused, unworn and returned with their original packaging.

Hygiene and custom items

For hygiene reasons, opened or worn earrings may not be eligible for return. Personalized, altered or made-to-order items are not returnable unless defective.

Return shipping and refunds

Return instructions and the return address are provided after approval. Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping and any related customs costs are the customer’s responsibility. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
